Laura’s classes are a wonderful way to lift off the layers of stress and tension in the body and mind. To soothe and reset your nervous system and regain or develop a sense of alignment and connectedness.
Laura has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Her Hatha Yoga classes are restorative in nature and creative in its flow. Relaxation, Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation to promote nourishment, relaxation, mindful movement and vitality.
All levels of experience welcome.
Yoga for Laura has become an essential self care strategy that encourages a healthy body and mind and an opportunity for space to breathe and restore. She still marvels how the time spent on the mat in class flows on into the rest of her day and life with such positivity. Yoga is a profound support for her. Hence her passion to teach with loving kindness and encouragement for all students.
